PLAYLISTWhen you first access the "Teachings" page, the playlist will automatically play the most recent video.  To choose videos in the playlist, click on the forward and back buttons on the player bar or use the vertial scroll bar under the player bar and click on desired video.  Videos in the playlist will automatically cycle to play the next video.  Under the playlist there are links to downloadable FLV video files, MP3 audio files and PDF files for the videos shown in the playlist.  You can always return to the playlist by clicking on "View Playlist..." at the top left of the screen.  

Teachings are also under "Seminars", "by Date", "by Subject" and "by Teacher" viewable as follows:

Click precisely on the + (plus) symbol to view selections.
Click precisely on the - (minus) symbol to close selections.

Click on the video Video_Icon icon to play the video.

Some teachings have additional links under the video, such as FLV, MP3, NOTES (as a PDF file), etc., that you can right click on to download the files to your computer.

Recommended Video and/or Audio Players:

Watching the videos online requires Adobe Flash Player.  If you do not have Adobe Flash Player, you can download a free version at:http:⁄⁄get.adobe.com⁄flashplayer⁄

VideoLan is a free player for your PC that plays most video and audio formats (including FLV, MP3, WMV, AVI, etc.) is available free from:  http:⁄⁄www.videolan.org⁄ .  One of the nice features of the VideoLan player is the ability to speed up the playback of whatever audio or video files are being played with the VideoLan player.  To speed up the file being played with the VideoLan player, adjust playback speed either by clicking on the button located near the lower right of the VideoLan player or select options under the "Playback" button on the top line menu of the VideoLan player.
